What's an idea wall ? Why even consider such a thing ? I think that having a free form space that allows you or others in your house to express themselves is a great idea. Express yourself can take the form of to do lists, goals, drawings, notes to others, business ideas or plans, family trip ideas, etc. So if you agree then what would it look like, where would you put it. First off I think they should be as big as you can make them. Floor to ceiling if at all possibly. Second think of a couple of different mediums. Whiteboard paint is a good one. But putting a magnet and blackboard paint wall or section up is another. I'm planning on doing both, where the whiteboard wall is next to the blackboard wall with magnet paint underneath. You can buy all of these things online or at your hardware store.
